We're a small Swedish team on a mission to make oral care better for you and the planet.
How it all started
Back in 1997, our founder was frustrated. Every flosser he tried either snapped, felt awkward or just created more waste. He wanted something better, something smarter, so he teamed up with a dental hygienist and built his own.
Their solution was simple: an ergonomic tool that actually made flossing feel good. They patented the design and sold around 15,000 units. But in the early 2000s, life got in the way and the project was shelved. The idea, however, never left the drawer.
Bringing Flossy back
Years later, the next generation picked it back up. With the same motivation but a fresh vision, we decided it was time. A family project became a real business.
We're combining decades of product insight with design direction rooted in purpose and simplicity. And we're doing it our way: small, sustainable and Scandinavian.
Why Flossy matters
Over 10 billion disposable flossers are thrown away each year. Most are made of mixed plastics that are nearly impossible to recycle. That’s not hygiene, that’s pollution.
