Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a product from Flossy and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.

• Order number

• Email address used for the purchase

• A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase

Once we receive your request, we will send confirmation that your cancellation request has been received.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund the order immediately.

If your order has already been delivered, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within the applicable withdrawal period. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
