Rinse your Flossy with warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid boiling water, dishwashers and harsh cleaners. A fresh section of floss and a clean handle keep your routine ready for next time.

Every Flossy comes with 30 m of floss already loaded, so you can start straight away. The Flossy Kit also includes an extra 30 m refill spool.
Do I need to replace the whole thing?
Only the floss. The handle is designed to be reused, and the spool inside is replaceable. Keep your Flossy and add a fresh refill when you need one.
Can I use floss from another brand?
It may be possible, but we cannot guarantee that every spool will fit. A spool with an inner diameter of about 9 mm has the best chance of fitting. Our own refills are made to fit Flossy.
How do I keep Flossy clean?
Rinse with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry thoroughly. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water and harsh cleaners. Replace used floss with a fresh section as part of your routine.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
If your Flossy handle breaks during normal use, we’ll replace it. Contact us with your order details and a photo so we can help. The guarantee covers the handle, rather than the consumable floss.
