Pick it up.

Your Flossy arrives threaded and ready. The curved handle gives you a comfortable grip and helps you reach your back teeth.

Find your flow.

Guide the floss gently between your teeth. You hold the handle, so your fingers can stay comfortably outside your mouth.

Fresh floss. Same Flossy.

Release the stop pin and tension button, pull fresh floss through and secure it again. Use the built in cutter to cut off the used floss.

What comes with my Flossy?

Every Flossy comes with 30 m of floss already loaded, so you can start straight away. The Flossy Kit also includes an extra 30 m refill spool.

Do I need to replace the whole thing?

Only the floss. The handle is designed to be reused, and the spool inside is replaceable. Keep your Flossy and add a fresh refill when you need one.

Can I use floss from another brand?

It may be possible, but we cannot guarantee that every spool will fit. A spool with an inner diameter of about 9 mm has the best chance of fitting. Our own refills are made to fit Flossy.

How do I keep Flossy clean?

Rinse with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry thoroughly. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water and harsh cleaners. Replace used floss with a fresh section as part of your routine.

What does the lifetime guarantee cover?

If your Flossy handle breaks during normal use, we’ll replace it. Contact us with your order details and a photo so we can help. The guarantee covers the handle, rather than the consumable floss.
